¿ COMO FUNCIONA RIVESTOP?

La mejor opción para sellar un tubo pasamuros es “Rivestop”. Se trata de un remache elástico que se expande por el accionamiento de la remachadora, adaptándose totalmente al hueco e impermeabilizando y sellándolo herméticamente de una manera rápida, limpia y sencilla. Es un dispositivo que permanece mecánicamente expandido de forma permanente para sellar el orificio.

MODO DE EMPLEO

Es tan sencillo como insertar, embocar y accionar la remachadora.

  1. Insertar “Rivestop” en la remachadora.
  2. Embocarlo en el orificio a taponar o sellar.
  3. Acción de remachado hasta que se corte la espiga del remache.

Rivestop es una solución útil para el sellado de los huecos creados por el espadín del encofrado. Su capacidad de impermeabilización hace que su utilidad sea óptima en los lugares donde exista un nivel freático o en contacto con agua u otros líquidos.

Los lugares donde se utiliza:

  • EDAR (Estación Depuradora de Aguas Residuales),
  • ETAP (Estación Tratamiento de Agua Potable)
  • Cualquier depósito de fluidos, garajes, piscinas, huecos de ascensores, centros de transformación…

VENTAJAS DEL SISTEMA RIVESTOP

La efectividad del producto no depende del operario que lo aplique ya que el producto siempre sella con una fuerza uniforme y constante. Sólo requiere el uso de una remachadora convencional.

  • Este sistema logra una estan­queidad del 100% ya que se adapta totalmente al hueco que hay que impermeabilizar. Ejerce una fuerza uniforme en las paredes del hueco sellado. Por ese motivo, es capaz de impermeabilizar y de resistir presión como la ejercida en depósitos de fluidos.
  • Es de rápida aplicación. “Rivestop” supone un ahorro en mano de obra superior al 90% frente a otras alternativas. La ratio de colocación se estima entre 7/10 unidades por minuto.
  • Es de uso muy fácil y cualquier persona puede aplicarlo, solo se necesita una remachadora.
  • Es una solución muy limpia ya que no requiere de aditivos, adhesivos, líquidos u otros agentes para su aplicación. Por tanto, no necesita una limpieza especial de herramientas ni deja residuos en paredes o suelo tras su colocación.
  • Puede aplicarse en cualquier situación, incluso en días de lluvia. Puede ser colocado directamente en huecos con vías de agua.
  • Es apto tanto para huecos cilíndricos como cónicos. La instalación del dispositivo es irreversible y solo puede extraerse por taladro.
